Teacher Profile

Barb - Director - studied dance in New York with many of the top names in the business including but not limited to Charles Kelley, Luigi, Bob Risi, Russell Markert, Kaye Gorham and Cathy Dooley.  Barb danced with the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes and has served as the Vice President and board member of the Rockette Alumnae Association.  Barb's specialty is tap and jazz.  Her training with the Rockettes brings expertise and a winning edge to her competition lines.  Barb has performed with the Rockette Alumnae Dancers as recently as June 2010.

Just Dancz is proud to announce Mario Delgado as a member of our Ballroom staff.  Mario comes to us with a long and prestigious history in the world of ballroom dance.  Among his accomplishments:

·        Southwest Regional Dance Director of Fred Astaire Studios

·        Participant in various competitions including Blackpool

·        Licensed Adjudicator

·        Professional Ballroom Judge

·        Assisted John Monte to organize the US National Ballroom Dance Championships

·        Affiliations with Arthur Murray Studios

·        Trained with some of the best in the Ballroom Business including :  Ron Montez, Rick Valenzuela, Vernon Brock, Buddy Schwimmer and Donny Burns

 

Sarah - has been dancing for over 10 years and was a teacher in training before beginning her teaching career at Just Dancz 2 years ago.  Sarah works with our youngest students.She is proficient in lyrical, ballet, pointe and tap.

Taryn - Hip Hop - Taryn has performed with POP STARZ, Inc in Boca Raton, Fl. and Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan.  She has worked with many world famous choreographers including Chris Judd and Darrin Hanson who choreographed for NSYNC, Jennifer Lopez and the Backstreet Boys along with many others.

Jennine -  has been dancing since she was 6 years old. She started with ballet and then continued training and expanding her dance repertoire.  She has studied modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, african, reggae, bellydance, latin, and even a little bit of ballroom. she is currently a part of a contemporary dance company called Fusion Dance Company based out of Allentown PA. Dancing is her passion and her outlet and she would love to share it with anyone who is interested!

Deirdre Bryant Worth is known to many in the area as a news correspondent for ABC Radio, and the voice of many commercials on WRNJ.  She also has a background in dance and musical theatre, and appeared in productions in New York and regional theatre.  Deirdre teaches basic tap for adults..who are looking for a fun way to exercise their bodies and brains.
